Refund policy

Guffaw Goods LLC is a print-on-demand drop shipping company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. As such, Guffaw Goods LLC, and its suppliers, do not offer returns and/or exchanges for, but not limited to, the following reasons:

  • Ordered wrong size
  • Ordered wrong color
  • Ordered wrong design
  • Ordered incorrect quantity
  • Changed mind after placing order

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free replacement (of the same size, color, and design) or a refund may be offered if you contact us within 30 days of item delivery. That means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For your item to be eligible it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please send an email to guffawgoods@gmail.com and provide the order number or proof of purchase and a clear photo showing the issue(s).

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that Guffaw Goods LLC, or its suppliers, will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds for ordering the wrong size, color, and/or design. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement of the same item with an extra charge or a partial refund. DTG products, have a print placement tolerance of 0.5", meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at guffawgoods@gmail.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
